What do Tyrrell Sports Sizzling Summer Sports Holiday Camps have to offer? We are delivering 16 days of SUMMER SPORTS camps during our 4 week summer holiday programme. What to expect at a Tyrrell Sports Summer Holiday Camp? Tyrrell Sports Holiday Camps offer a wide range of sports and activities sure to keep your children engaged, active and entertained. Each day your child will have brand new experiences through well planned activities. Most importantly, we ensure that all children that attend the camp have lots of fun and are safe. THIS CAMP IS FOR ALL CHILDREN FROM ANY SCHOOL AGED 4-12. What types of sporting activities will your child enjoy? Children will enjoy a selection of sports such as athletics, dodgeball, football, cricket, basketball, table tennis, nerf battles and soft archery to name a few. They will play fun tag games which are a hit with our regular camp members. The Tyrrell Sports staff like to encourage everyone to try new sports and make new friends. Those that attended last summer will remember our 'slip and slide' and fun water activities. We have planned to make our wet play activities even bigger and better than before with more inflatables and a larger 'slip and slide'. The coaches can't wait to have a go too!!! Mr Freeze ice poles will be on offer on each day of the camps to keep us cool and refreshed this summer. Prizes will be awarded daily. We have invested in trophies, medals, wristbands and Tyrrell Sports merchandise as part of our giveaways this summer. Rest assured - our staff are fully certified and qualified activity professionals delivering the activities so you will know that your child is in safe hands. Our popular summer holiday camps sold out on most days last year, and the year before that - please secure your child's place early to avoid disappointment. Dates, times and cost: All of our camps run between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Summer Sports Holiday Camp Dates: Week 1: Mon 27th July - Thurs 30th July (4 days) Week 2: Mon 3rd Aug - Thurs 6th Aug (4 days) Week 3: Mon 10th Aug - Thurs 13th Aug (4 days) Week 4: Mon 17th Aug - Thurs 20th Aug (4 days) The cost per day is £32.50 or book all 4 days during a week for £120 saving £10. We also offer a 5% sibling discount which automatically gets taken off your booking cost. Step Up & Move with Friends! Andy Tyrrell from Tyrrell Sports Coaching is teaming up with dance specialist, Katie from Step Up & Dance to maximise your child's experience at our brand new holiday camp this summer. Join us for an exciting holiday camp filled with dance, multi sports and endles …mores fun for kids of all abilities. We are both enthusiastic teachers and want to give every child that attends our two day camp an opportunity to express themselves through both dance and sport. What to expect at our two day camp? Get ready to move in a vibrant, high-energy, fusion style as we explore a Bollywood dance through a modern take of an Ed Sheeran song. Try your hand at slapstick comedy, using absurd actions and learn the perfect comedic timing of movements to make the audience laugh. K-pop has taken the world by storm and now it is your chance to learn viral, engaging routines. We also offer an opportunity to explore the musicals too. Your child will definitely improve their rhythm at our step up & dance themed activities. If dancing wasn't enough, you can develop and learn skills from the expertise of Mr Tyrrell. Mr T has years of experience in delivering highly engaging sports activities in a variety of areas. At our multi sports element of the camp, your child will have the opportunity to test their aiming skills through two shooting games; Soft Archery and Nerf Battles. In addition, you will learn football skills from a highly qualified coach and enjoy playing a match with friends. Your child can also try their hand at dodgeball and cricket too. The most exciting part of merging both Tyrrell Sports Coaching and Step Up & Dance is that your child can pick and choose which sporting activities or dance genre that suits them. With such a variety, they will surely be engaged in some form of physical activity. At the end of Day 2, we will invite all loved ones to a showcase performance at 3pm to give the children an opportunity to demonstrate all that they have learned over the two days.
